Leadership training in conjunction with ESHA and Apple

As a member of ESHA (European School Heads Association), AHDS members are able to attend virtual training provided by Apple in a partnership with ESHA. It is virtual, free to attend and while the six sessions are linked, each session is a standalone input. Booking takes place via the Apple Professional Learning page. We are really interested to see what this training is like and whether it evolves into a relationship which offers AHDS (and other ESHA Members) ongoing valuable inputs on themes of key interest. With that in mind, if you do attend, please let us know how you found the training by dropping a quick note to admin@ahds.org.uk

The ESHA Leadership Series is targeted towards school leaders across Europe, who want to bring about intentional, sustainable, whole-school change. It has been specifically designed for the members of the European School Heads Association and consists of six virtual workshops that take participants on a journey: From a big picture conversation about how to lead change all the way up to how to measure the impact of your actions. Each session is focused on a specific topic and can be booked independently.

The six sessions running between 20th Feb and 4th June are:

  • Leading Change
  • Elements of Leadership
  • Vision for Teaching and Learning with Technology
  • From Vision to Strategy
  • Developing a Culture of Sustained Professional Learning
  • Measuring Growth and Impact

You can access session information and booking here: ESHA Leadership Series (apple.com) (Note: To find out more about each theme and the person presenting the session, click on the session title.)
