Moving from The Stillpoint
Whilst mindful of the end of term, we consider lifting our heads a little and look towards the possibility of what it might mean to future-proof our wellbeing at work from this ‘stillpoint’. In this interactive workshop, we will use the space to harness a rekindled energy to create new options, choices and creativity. We explore the five elements of the practice of renewal to take intentional action to regenerate and make habits that will sustain you.'

(Following on from the positive feedback from members on “The Little Book of Positivity,” Sarah Philp and Claire Lavelle have collaborated once again to create two wellbeing workshops – to be run on consecutive days – based around the theme of ‘The Stillpoint’, whilst using the five elements of the practice of renewal. Sarah and Claire recognise the relentless busyness of school and aim to create “The Stillpoint” within each session, where we each find our sense of wellbeing and from where we can move forward resourcefully.
Both sessions complement one another, so if you are able to attend both, then please do sign up for both. If you are able to attend only one of the sessions, then please be reassured that each session is designed to also stand alone in its own right.)
