Finding The Stillpoint
In this reflective and practical workshop we are creating a pause. In this space we can lift ourselves out of the busyness to find more dimension to our experience. Reflecting on themes, such as: being present; tuning into self; and reducing the overwhelm, we will explore more of what we need at this time to support our wellbeing. We will use the five elements of the practice of renewal to bring awareness and from there the possibility of different actions that will sustain you through the term and the festive period.

(Following on from the positive feedback from members on “The Little Book of Positivity,” Sarah Philp and Claire Lavelle have collaborated once again to create two wellbeing workshops – to be run on consecutive days – based around the theme of ‘The Stillpoint’, whilst using the five elements of the practice of renewal. Sarah and Claire recognise the relentless busyness of school and aim to create “The Stillpoint” within each session, where we each find our sense of wellbeing and from where we can move forward resourcefully.
Both sessions complement one another, so if you are able to attend both, then please do sign up for both. If you are able to attend only one of the sessions, then please be reassured that each session is designed to also stand alone in its own right.)
