Exhibitor Opportunities - Annual Conference 2022
Booking for our 2022 annual conference exhibition is now open.
Our 2022 annual conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow on 3 & 4 November and we have both sponsorship and exhibitor stand options available. Sponsors have first choice of stand and have until 8th August to book for this option to be available. After that all stands are available on a first come first served basis. Exhibitor stands will be confirmed from August in the order of bookings received.
Sponsorship Options - £2250 + VAT
All sponsors receive enhanced exposure to delegates thoughout the conference, a full page in the conference booklet, being highlighted in pre-conference information and included in conference reports. The sponsorship package includes an exhibition stand (with all that is included with this, see below) and one place at the conference dinner.

Exhibition stand - £575 + VAT
This includes a 6 foot table, 2 chairs, access to a power socket, your logo and a brief description in the conference programme and catering for the two conference days (exhibitor lunches will be served at a separate time from delegates), maximum of 2 people per stand. You have the option to book the conference dinner (£40) separately. Set up is NOT available on Wednesday evening.

All exhibition stands are located in the foyer outside the conference suite and all coffee breaks will take place here, the floorplan is below. We are only using the Megalithic Suite for the conference, we will not be using any of the meeting rooms.
All bookings need to be made online through the form on this page, please select three stands in order of preference. We will endeavour to provide a stand of your choosing (and will be back in touch if we can't).
Only once payment is received will your place at our conference be confirmed.
