- Don't reinvent the wheel - Sample curriculum plans

Build on the work of colleagues or use their efforts as a starting point for designing your own curriculum plan… On the Curriculum for Excellence section of the LTS website you can now read examples of strategic or high level curriculum plans developed by schools around Scotland. The plans include models of change as well as planned stages and timescales. These curriculum plans are being shared to promote thinking and discussion at school and local authority level. Examples are included from both real and fictitious schools. While they are on the LTS website they are not formally endorsed as good practice, rather they should be seen as emerging thinking or 'works in progress'.

Keep watching the site for more examples as LTS plan to add a great deal of real world examples over the next few weeks.
