This booking form constitutes a binding agreement. Where possible, payment must be made in full prior to the event. We are not responsible for non-arrival of confirmation documents. If, 7 days before the conference, you have not heard from us, please call 0845 260 9959. Cancellations must be made in writing to training[@]ahds.org.uk. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the conference are liable for the full amount. Substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing prior to the event (and they are AHDS members) and any appropriate additional fee due will be invoiced. Non arrivals are liable for the full fee.
